Bro. Randy became Pastor at Beech Springs in September of 2020. He is a native of Summerfield in Claiborne Parish, LA; a graduate of LA Tech and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary; and received his D.MIN. at Gateway Seminary in December 2022. He has a wife, Kerri, of 24 years, and three sons: Lucas (wife, Tatum), Josh, and Henry. Bro. Randy has served in vocational ministry since 1997, serving both as a missionary with the International Mission Board and as pastor to several churches in Louisiana, Washington, and Oregon. Bro. Randy has a big heart for God's Word and discipleship.

Ms. Sue has been Secretary and Treasurer at Beech Springs since 2018. She has been a member of the church for many years. She proudly has one daughter, one son, and seven grandchildren. She does a great job of taking care of our church's administrative needs.

Kerri began serving at Beech Springs as Worship Leader in January of 2021. She is from Tulsa, OK, and graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in ministry and music. She has served as a missionary with the International Mission Board, as well as in many different roles in churches around Oklahoma, Louisiana, Washington, and Oregon. Kerri's favorite areas of ministry are music, missions, VBS, and organizing events. She is wife to Bro. Randy, and mom to three amazing boys and a daughter-in-law. 

Jenny has been at Beech Springs since 2012 and became our volunteer Children's Minister in 2020. She is from Minden and grew up as a pastor's kid. She and her husband, James, have four dogs. Jenny has a great love for the Lord and for children, and is excited about seeing the children's ministry grow at Beech Springs. She is also our fabulous pianist!
